The Energy Star Federal Tax Credit does apply to both 2012 and 2013. The credit for qualified products is 10% of the material cost of the product up to a cap of $500.

Qualifying products are as follows:

All Insulation
Radiant Barrier Foil
Attic Tent
Solar Fans

To get your credit get the Manufacturers Certification Statement from each product. You can get these from each product manufacturer's website or contact your Greenlows representative for assistance. Then get IRS for 5605 for the credit and follow the instructions accordingly.
